Butter Brooks junior golf program is run by Head Professional/Teaching Professional Chad Huff. Chad offers junior golfers a better understanding of the basic fundamentals of the golf swing to help build a lifetime of enjoyment of the game. Regardless of ability level, all instruction is provided to advance the individual player’s needs. This will be Chads 8th season doing Jr camp. Chad is excited for anther great summer at Butter Brook Golf Club. 

• Camps are for Boys & Girls Ages 7-13 
• 8 Hrs of Professional Instruction
• Camps run Monday-Thursday 10am-12pm
• All aspects of the game are touched upon- Full Swing, Short Game, Putting, Rules & Etiquette
• Water and Snacks available at club house restaurant
• Skills Prizes for competitions

 A  typical Schedule at Butter Brooks Camps are: (Order subject to change)

• Monday - Skills evaluations, putting, chipping & pitching
• Tuesday - Full Swing irons & woods, on-course rules & etiquette 
• Wednesday – Mini Golf,  short game skills challenge, range games
• Thursday – Beat Coach Chad, full swing skills challenge

Chad began playing golf in his early teens and grew an extreme interest in high school playing two years on his golf team. He started his golf career right after high school in 2012 by attending the Golf Academy of America and graduating in 2014 with a complex business degree applied to golf. The golf academy gave a great platform to begin a teaching career immediately after completion. Chad has been teaching men, women, and junior golfers for 10 years starting his teaching at Tower Ridge Country Club in Simsbury Connecticut and continued with junior camp and clinics at Lyman Orchards Golf Club in Middlefield Connecticut. Chad is returning for his 8th season at Butter Brook as Head Golf Professional and Teaching Professional. Chad will be available for private and group lessons for all ages.
