Kevin Goddu- Golf Professional, L3S-CT, TPI Certified

Golf is a game that incorporates many aspects. It is mechanical, physical, and mental. Today’s golfer understands that proper instruction is important, but so is custom-fitted clubs, mental-strength skills, and total physical fitness. Those who recognize this want to take their game to a higher level.
As a sport psychology consultant, Dr. Kevin works with athletes who want to get to the next level. He teaches his clients how to build and maintain confidence while eliminating distractions that impact their performance. Mental strength coaching is about learning to think effectively and efficiently on the course, in the field, or on the track. Dr. Kevin helps athletes go where s/he might not go given the way s/he currently thinks. The challenge is not understanding mental strength concepts; the challenge is applying mental strength concepts in your performance every day.
